The intelligent flow sensors of the induQ® series work according to the induction principle: The measuring tube is in a magnetic field (B). With the flow (Q) to be measured, if an electrically conductive medium flows through the measuring tube and thus at right angles to the magnetic field, a voltage (U) is induced in the medium. This voltage is proportional to the average flow rate and is picked up by the two electrodes.
There are two versions for flow proportional output signals:
- Frequency output signal (standard)
- Analog and frequency output signal (optional)

InduQ® sensors provide flow measurement / volumetric flow measurement or dosing of electrically conductive liquids without any moving parts. They are the ideal flow sensors where accuracy and reliability are essential.
